Colombian coffee is predominantly made from Arabica coffee beans, particularly the Typica and Bourbon varieties. These beans are known for their smooth, mild flavour profile and balanced acidity. This Colombian coffee is processed using the washed process. This process typically will give the bean a cleaner and brighter cup. The flavour profile for this coffee is described as having a medium body, bright acidity and a well-rounded flavour. When brewed this coffee has notes of caramel, chocolate, and finishes with a citrus tone.
Once upon a time, in a quaint little town, there were two sisters who shared a common passion for all things coffee.
Along with their families the two sisters created a roastery and now they serve other coffee enthusiasts in their coffee shops, offering unique and complex flavours so the whole community can enjoy and share their exceptional roasts.
All the coffee beans are sustainably sourced and direct from farm.
