Papua New Guinea’s coffee industry is known for its’ focus on sustainability and community development. Many coffee farms in the country are small-scale and family-owned, with a strong emphasis on organic farming practices. Fair-trade initiatives are also prevalent, ensuring thats farmers receive fair compensation for their hard work. To ensure that the sweetness of the coffee is preserved, Papua New Guinea coffee is typically roasted lightly. Light roasting allows the natural sugars in the beans to shine through, resulting in a sweeter and more delicate flavour profile. This light roast also helps to maintain the fruity and vanilla notes, ensuring a harmonious and enjoyable cup of coffee.
Once upon a time, in a quaint little town, there were two sisters who shared a common passion for all things coffee.
Along with their families the two sisters created a roastery and now they serve other coffee enthusiasts in their coffee shops, offering unique and complex flavours so the whole community can enjoy and share their exceptional roasts.
All the coffee beans are sustainably sourced and direct from farm.
